1. British Harlequin is the mother company. The first historical office of the Harlequin group opened in 1979. Established in Kent, the headquarters of the Harlequin group covers the United Kingdom, Ireland, Africa and the Middle East.

2. Harlequin Europe founded its headquarters in Luxemburg to cover all of continental Europe all the way to Russia, with a Spanish branch “Harlequin Floors España”, established in Madrid.

3. American Harlequin is established in Philadelphia and covers the wide territory of North and South Americas.

4. Harlequin Asia is established in Hong Kong and covers the Asian market.

5. Harlequin Australasia is established in Sydney (Epping) and covers Australia, New Zealand and New Guinea.
