Harlequin Guarantee

All Harlequin floors are unconditionally guaranteed against manufacturing defects, provided that the claim is made within 6 months from the date of delivery (for vinyl floors) or from the date the flooring is installed (for Harlequin ACTIVITY™ and Harlequin LIBERTY™ sprung floors).

Harlequin’s liability is limited to the replacement of a product deemed defective. Harlequin does not assume any liability for accidental loss or any product deterioration related to inappropriate use or to extreme conditions of use.

Harlequin’s dance floors are guaranteed for a period of 5 years starting from the date of delivery (for vinyl floors) or from the date of installation (for Harlequin ACTIVITY™ and Harlequin LIBERTY™ sprung floors) provided that normal use and maintenance conditions of the floors have been adhered to.

The guarantee on Harlequin SHOWFLOOR™ and Harlequin HI-SHINE™ vinyl floors is limited to 24 months from the date of delivery.
