Round table in Monaco

Following the round table, which took place on 13th and 14th December 2006 in Monaco, with the participation of two representatives of the French Ministry of Culture – Dance Department, and the participation of doctors, architects and dancers, the Harlequin dance floors were officially recognised by the Department of Music, Dance, Theatre and Events (DMDTS) of the French Ministry of Culture and Communication. |

Round table in Madrid
On April 23rd 2007, we organised a round table in Madrid on the necessity to have a regulation in Spain concerning the installation of dance studios. Indeed, unlike a country like France, which has official regulations on the installation of dance floors, there are still no such legal statutory regulations in Spain.

Conference in Florence

This year, Harlequin created a sensation by organising an excellent conference on the subject of “How to choose the ideal dance floor”. The well-informed attendees could attend a lecture by Dr Boni Rietveld, Orthopaedic Surgeon and Director of the Medical Centre for Dancers and Musicians in The Hague (The Netherlands). This was followed by a testimony from Antonella Bruno, Principal of MAS Dance School and a speech by Harlequin’s Area Sales Manager, Anthony Navacchi.
