Guarantee
All Harlequin floors are unconditionally guaranteed against defects in manufacture, provided that claims are made within six months of date of despatch. Harlequin Hi-Shine is guaranteed for reasonable wear and tear for five years. The Company's liability extends only to replacement of the product found to be defective and not to incidental or consequential loss or damage.

Recent developments in high performance footwear (trainers and everyday sportswear) has seen the introduction in the use of new exotic polymers. The chemicals in some of these products can cause mild streaking and marks but can be prevented through the application of Harlequin floor dressings and maintainers. If you are aware of the use of non conventional dance shoes then we suggest you contact Harlequin for floor preventative maintenance advice.
